Environment Awareness Programme

The organisation conducts environment awareness activities in which people are informed about environment conservation, misuse of polythene bags, land and water conservation and sapling plantation. This programme is conducted in schools of Sagar city where school children as well as distinguished citizens participate.

Participation in Total Sanitation Campaign

A team of Sahara, under Total Sanitation Campaign, conducted street plays in Khurai, Devri, and Bina blocks of Sagar district and in Sehore district. Through these street plays the team tried to create awareness on sanitation and personal toilets amongst the people of these districts. Along with this the team also wrote awareness slogans on the walls.
