Refund Policy
- Donations once made are non-refundable.
- However, in case of any error (duplicate transaction, incorrect amount), donors may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be sent via email with transaction details.
- After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
