Dr. Harishankar Sen is a distinguished development leader with over 25 years of experience in social transformation, governance, and grassroots empowerment. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and a Master's in Social Work (MSW), combining academic excellence with real-world impact.
Guided by the late Dr. S. N. Subbarao, he undertook nationwide journeys that shaped his vision for inclusive development. As President, he leads strategic initiatives across healthcare, rural development, environmental sustainability, and social justice.
He plays a key role in strengthening grassroots institutions and promoting policy-level impact aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 16 & 17), fostering partnerships across sectors.
